The Investment and Loan Committee of the Board of Directors of Varun Beverages LTD (VBL) at its meeting held on Monday and approved the acquisition of proposal, the company said in a regulatory presentation.
“This acquisition will allow VBL to obtain its visits internally within the group,” said the company.
Approval of the Investment Board, Sri Lanka has already been received for the acquisition of proposal, which is expected to be completed on May 30, 2025 or before, he added.
