Auto component maker Belrise Industries IPO to open on May 21; sets price band at ₹85-90/share

The manufacturer of automotive components Belrise Industries on Friday set a price band of ₹ 85-90 per action for its initial public offer (IPO) of ₹ 2,150 million rupees.

The initial sale of shares will open for the public subscription on May 21 and will conclude on May 23. The one -day offer for anchor investors is scheduled to open on May 20, the company announced.

The OPI is completely a new issue of capital shares without supply component for sale, aging to the Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP).

Going through the prospect, the company intends to use the value proceeded by 1,618 million rupees for the payment of the debt. The company had loans of about ₹ 2.6 billion rupees in its books or December 2024.

Belrise Industries is a company of manufacture of automotive components based in India, which offers a variety of critical security systems and other engineering solutions for two wheels, three -wheeled vehicles, four -wheeled vehicles, commercial vehicles and aggregates.

It commercialized its products both nationally and internationally, with operations that extend to several markets, including Austria, Slovakia, the United Kingdom, Japan and Thailand.

The company has a long -standing relationship with customers, including prominent multinational OEMs such as Bajaj Auto, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, Hero Motocorp, Jaguar Land Rover and Royal Enfield Motors.

It has 17 manufacturing facilities in 10 states such as or December 2024. In the Financial Front, the company’s company revenues increased 13.7 percent to ₹ 7,484. 24 million rupees for financial year 2024 of ₹ 6,582.50 million rupees for the previous financial year, and the profits after taxes were at RS 310.88 million rupees for financial year 2024 of ₹ 313.66 million rupees in the previous prosecutor.

The company said that half the size of the problem has been reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 35 percent for retail investors and 15 percent remuneration for non -institutional investors.

Investors can offer for a minimum of 166 shares and in multiples or 166 shares thereafter.

Axis Capital, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Ltd, Jefferies India and Sbi Capital Markets are the main managers of book books for the subject.
