Pearl barley

I bet you did not know this: Pearl Barley is a complete form of protein, such as eggs. That’s how it is! It contains the nine amino acids, which you can only get from your diet. So, if you are vegan or do not eat eggs, Pearl Barley will be the perfect complement to your eels. It is also anti -inflammatory, so it is excellent if you suffer with problematic skin, it is also rich in dietary fiber, which is excellent for digestion and keep skin clear and healthy, too. It contains vitamins of the B and iron, calcium, potassium and zinc complex. And most importantly for your skin, selenium helps preserve elasticity, protect against UV damage and help support the general health of the skin. What a hidden hero!

Quinoa

Do you remember when quinoa suddenly begins to appear in everything? Order or replace the cuscous during the night, right? Well, I’m slippery. Unlike pearl barley, quinoa is not a grain, and is completely free of gluten, which means that it can be a really useful replacement for cereals, pasta and rice. It is rich in protein and low in carbohydrates, a great source of amino acids, and rich in fiber to help increase its metabolism and keep the skinerer. There are also those B vitamins for skin that make a difference. In addition, it is super filling, so you are trying to control the sizes of its portion or avoid getting on the pudding, this is an excellent side for its principal. It is also a great base for a bowl or salad!
