Festival Hair Looks to Try at Home: Hairstyle Tutorials

3 Min Read

Making your festival look something is easy, especially when it comes to your hair. If you are a camp, without easy access to the showers (or showers that you will really want to use), you will probably want your hair to be your face, but a tight upper knot is not the funniest style you can choose. If you are looking for a fun festival hair inspiration, try these styles for size …

4 Hair Festival seeks to try this summer

Braid

The braids and hair of the festival go hand in hand, but you may want something a little more exciting than your braid or standard pigtails for your appearance. The braid of the fish tail is a great option because everything that looks super complicated is really easy to do in itself, since it uses only two strands of hair, instead of three. The easiest way to face this style is to practice a YouTube tutorial like this, but just remember to sweep the hair aside and pack some Bobby pins to secure the flyers instead.

Prize accessories

The flower crown is simply too exaggerated to trust the festivals season, so when it comes to accessories for the appearance of its festival, think more is more. Be inspired by the SS22 catwalk show of Versace and start with a bright colored silk scarf and add fresh or silk flowers or declaration accessories. No one will know that you have not washed your hair since Wednesday …

Braid

Another beautiful braid to opt for this season is the braid of the rope. My friend Neil Moodie has a great YouTube tutorial on her channel that tells you about how to create a really great festival hairstyle that combines a Dutch braid with a string braid. The Dutch braid keeps the hair safer (already proof of time) than a simple twisted string braid, so it is excellent for a long day of outdoor fun.

Winning with that

Of course, if you know you can wash your hair and want to look fabulous without a fuss, you could opt for a fun festival wig or a postpizen.
