British Paralympian missing in Las Vegas found

A British Paralympic that disappeared in Las Vegas has been found safe, police confirmed in the United States.

Sam Ruddock, from Rugby in Warwickshire, was reported as missing by friends and family after he was last heard on April 16.

He had traveled to the United States on April 13 to see a Wrestlemania event, with his disappearance reported to the Las Vegas Police on April 24.

A force statement said Ruddock, who has competed in the launch of bullet, cycling and sprint, had been “located safe.”

Her friend Lucy Hatton had described her disappearance as “really out of place” and that she and her family were desperate for information.

Publishing on social networks on Monday night, he celebrated that he had found his leg.
